Fort William is known as the Outdoor Capital of the UK and the amenities for the outdoor enthusiast are endless, from the ultimate mountain climb of Ben Nevis to gentler hiking, to white water rafting and canyoning, kayaking, mountain biking, golf, pony trekking, fishing and of course winter sports on the Nevis Range in the winter months.

For the not so sporty visitor we have a modest high street for shopping for unusual Scottish gifts to take home for loved ones, a newly opened state of the art independent cinema, the Ben Nevis Distillery, a boat tour of Loch Linnhe and Loch Eil or a visit to some of the areas stunning white sandy beaches in the summer.
